Melvin Todd is a dedicated plaintiffs’ attorney with a focus on civil litigation, particularly car accident and personal injury cases. A Richmond native, Melvin was both raised in and continues to raise his family in the city he proudly serves. He is a graduate of Hampton University and earned his law degree from North Carolina Central University School of Law.
